These terms cover your use of atlasgeospace.com, operated by Atlas Geospatial Intelligence LLC. Engagements for mapping services are governed by a separate project agreement — these terms are just for the website.

The site and its content

Site content — text, graphics, deliverable specifications, and the Part 107 study materials — is provided for general information. It isn't surveying, legal, or aviation advice, and quotes are formed through the contact process, not by anything published here.

Part 107 study tools

The free study course and daily drill are provided as-is, with no guarantee of exam outcomes. They reflect our understanding of the FAA Part 107 knowledge areas at the time of writing; the FAA's current published materials always control. (We did use them to pass our own exam.)

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape the contact form, or misrepresent your identity in an inquiry. That's the whole list.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Geospatial Intelligence LLC disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the website and won't be liable for damages arising from your use of it. Tennessee law governs.
