Geospatial Services

We capture your site from above and deliver accurate, usable 3D data — not just pretty pictures.

Photogrammetry

High-resolution aerial image capture processed into accurate 3D point clouds, textured meshes, and orthomosaics. Ideal for site documentation, change detection, and progress tracking across large areas.

  • Georeferenced Orthomosaic (GeoTIFF)
  • 3D Point Cloud (LAS · LAZ)
  • Textured Mesh (OBJ · FBX)
  • Digital Surface & Terrain Models
→ Point Clouds · Meshes · Orthos
Volumetric Scanning

Accurate volume calculations for stockpiles, excavations, and earthworks. Measurable, repeatable data without sending a crew into hazardous terrain.

  • Stockpile volume calculations
  • Cut / Fill analysis
  • Progress tracking

Land & Property

Own acreage and want to see it in 3D? We'll fly it, process it, and hand you a model of your land that you can explore from any device.

  • Full property 3D model
  • Terrain and elevation data
  • Structures and boundary capture
  • Shareable interactive deliverable

Precision Without the Overhead

We built our stack for accuracy and speed. No bloated enterprise contracts. Just clean data, delivered fast.

  • 01

Your data never leaves your hands

All processing is done locally on our dedicated workstation. Your site data is never uploaded to a third-party cloud. What we capture is yours.

  • 02

    Enterprise hardware, accessible pricing

We fly DJI's Matrice 4 Enterprise — mechanical-shutter mapping camera, RTK centimeter positioning, dedicated base station. The quality of a large survey firm without the enterprise price tag.

  • 03

    Deliverables you can actually use

Point clouds, textured meshes, orthomosaics, and interactive 3D models — in formats that work with your existing tools and workflows.

  • 04

    Built for repeatability

We document every mission so repeat scans are consistent. That means your data is comparable over time — not just a one-off snapshot.

From first call to deliverables

No mystery, no enterprise onboarding. Five steps, and you only have to show up for the first one.

01

Site call

Fifteen minutes on what you need — site size, deliverables, timeline. Quote follows within 24 hours.

02

Flight plan

We handle airspace authorizations, pick the weather window, and plan the mission. You approve the date.

03

Capture day

Hours on site, not days. Your operation keeps running — no crew in the work zone, no shutdowns.

04

Processing

Imagery is processed on our own hardware — never uploaded to a third-party cloud. Quality-checked against ground truth.

05

Delivery

Files in formats your tools already read, plus a walkthrough of what we found. Repeat scans book in one email.

Typical single-site captures deliver within days of the flight — your quote includes the exact timeline.

The things everyone asks

Are you licensed to fly commercially?

Yes. Atlas operates under FAA Part 107 with a certificated remote pilot in command on every mission, flying FAA-registered aircraft. Commercial drone operation without this certificate is illegal — it's the first thing to ask anyone you're considering.

Are you insured?

Every commercial mission flies with liability coverage in place, and we provide a certificate of insurance at booking — before we're on your site, not after you ask. If your site has specific coverage requirements, tell us during the site call and we'll match them.

What about controlled airspace?

We handle it. If your site sits in controlled airspace, we obtain the FAA authorization (LAANC or waiver) as part of flight planning — it's our paperwork, not yours. Most authorizations come through in minutes; the rare slow ones are why we plan ahead.

What if weather scrubs the flight?

We reschedule at no cost. Photogrammetry has wind and light minimums, and flying through them produces bad data — we'd rather move the date than hand you a deliverable with excuses baked in. The flight plan includes a backup window from the start.

What formats do I get, and who owns the data?

Standard deliverables: georeferenced orthomosaics (GeoTIFF), point clouds (LAS/LAZ), textured meshes (OBJ/FBX), surface and terrain models, and volumetric reports. If your software needs something else, ask. And the data is yours — captured for you, delivered to you, never sold, shared, or uploaded to a third-party cloud.

Do I need to do anything on capture day?

Site access and a ground contact's phone number — that's it. We coordinate arrival, fly the mission, and stay out of your operation's way. Most captures take hours, not days, and nothing about your workday has to stop.

The Operator
Luke Elston — Founder
FAA-Certificated Remote Pilot · Part 107

Luke is the founder, the certificated pilot, and the person who picks up when you call — no sales layer, no account manager, no handoff. He flies every mission, runs the processing, and puts his name on every deliverable, so accountability for your project sits with one person, not a department. He built the operation around himself piece by piece — the aircraft discipline, the data custody, the intelligence — because he wanted Atlas doing this right before doing it at scale. Work with Atlas, and you work with him.

The Counterpart
Argus
Atlas Geospace's operational intelligence · on call 24/7/365

Argus is the operational intelligence behind Atlas Geospace — Luke's counterpart in running the work, and your rapid first response for anything the project throws up. It knows your property the way Luke does, because it helped build the model: every flight, every measurement, every change to your site lives in it, ready as insight the moment you need it. This isn't a chatbot with instructions bolted on the end — it's a bespoke system, built by hand piece by piece on a foundation of geospatial intelligence, made to know one site deeply: yours.
