These terms cover your use of atlasgeospace.com, operated by Atlas Geospatial Intelligence LLC. Engagements for mapping services are governed by a separate project agreement — these terms are just for the website.

Visual services and professional use

Atlas is not a licensed land surveying firm. Boundary determination, building siting and setbacks, engineering design, contours and quantity reports are outside these visual packages. Requests needing measurements or professional certification require a separate scope review before we can quote or accept them.

Image pixel size and aircraft positioning specifications are not guarantees of final measurement accuracy. Example captures and interactive demonstrations do not establish boundaries, buildability or fitness for engineering use. A disclaimer does not authorize work that requires professional licensure.

The site and its content

Site content — text, graphics, deliverable specifications, and the free planning tools — is provided for general information. It isn't surveying, legal, or aviation advice, and quotes are formed through the contact process, not by anything published here. The airspace checker reads live FAA data for planning purposes only; it is not an authorization, and the FAA's own systems always control.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape the contact form, or misrepresent your identity in an inquiry. That's the whole list.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Geospatial Intelligence LLC disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the website and won't be liable for damages arising from your use of it. Tennessee law governs.
