Atlas Geospatial Intelligence LLC uses the information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver projects and understand use of this website.

Inquiries

Your name, email and project details pass through Formspree to our business inbox. We use them to respond and scope the work. We do not sell contact information or add you to marketing lists without permission.

Website services

Netlify hosts this website. Our usage beacon records page paths, selected tool events, a tab-scoped random visit token and referring host names. Events are buffered in Netlify Blobs for collection into Atlas systems. The beacon does not read your form message, store a full referrer URL or use tracking cookies, and honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Hosting and other providers may process network request information under their own policies.

Interactive maps use external map tiles and location-search providers, including Esri and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim. Searches send the entered place text to the search provider; loading maps and external fonts or scripts also makes requests to those providers.

Project imagery and AI

We reconstruct imagery on Atlas-owned hardware. Our work also uses hosted email, delivery services and AI tools; imagery and project context may be reviewed with AI. We agree project-specific handling, sharing and retention with you before capture.

A locally reconstructed model does not mean the whole workflow is offline. Hosted viewers and cloud AI are separate handling steps. Tell us about confidentiality or upload restrictions before sharing sensitive material so we can establish whether the project is compatible with our workflow.

Delivery and retention

Your project agreement specifies ownership, deliverables, access controls, hosting duration and retention. An unlisted link is not password protection. Physical-file delivery may be scoped separately; it does not by itself imply an AI-free workflow.

Email info@atlasgeospace.com to ask about handling or request deletion. We will explain any records that must be retained and the applicable removal process.
